Quotes and pricing
Any prices, ranges, or estimates shown on this site are general guides based on typical jobs. The flat price you receive on a written quote is the binding price for that job. Prices on the site are not guarantees for unseen work.
Service area
We serve Kane County and the Fox Valley. Jobs outside our regular service area may be declined at our discretion.
Workmanship
We pull required permits with the village or municipality on every install or replacement that requires one. Work meets current code at the time of installation.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties on water heaters and components apply per each manufacturer’s terms. Our workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of service.
Liability
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to perform work. A binding agreement is created only by a written, signed quote between The Water Heater Guys and the customer.
