Dean Cribaro, licensed master plumber based in Campton Hills, IL. License #055-045228. Solo, owner-operated, family in Kane County.
I started plumbing at 18 with one of the best plumbers I’ve ever met. He took me under his wing and taught me to take pride in compression fittings, clean copper, and leaving a basement neater than I found it. After a few years on his crew I moved to one of the larger Chicagoland plumbing companies, learned how a real business runs, and built relationships with customers who showed me that adding genuine value to a job goes a long way.
A few years later I got my master’s license and started The Water Heater Guys. Today I run it out of Campton Hills with my family right here in Kane County. Most of my work is water heater installs and tankless conversions across the Fox Valley. I install Bradford White tanks and the right tankless unit for the job, and I’ll handle filtration, softeners, sump pumps, and most other residential plumbing for neighbors who call.
I’m a one-man shop. If you call, you get me on the phone. If a job comes in, I’m the one who walks your basement, writes the quote, and turns the wrenches when work starts. Same goes for meeting the village inspector when they swing by.
